I have been asked to present with my tanto about our relationship and how we communicate.
Is there anything you want to hear about? Any questions?
Things i am currently planning on covering -how we communicate (line, email, etc) -any challenges we have had -how we do work together (chain of communication) -etc

Maybe talk about how you bring up proposals for new projects to your Tanto
And how much management of your work your Tanto does - in terms of accepting work on your behalf and communicating when you feel you're at your capacity of work/are too free and would like some more

If you do any kind of personalized lessons or language training with your Tanto what do you mean? for other people for for each other? For the Tanto. Like for example, I correct my supervisor's english essays she does for fun and give her pointers on pronunciation, writing, and reading. I'm basically her tutor hue

Do you have a healthy work/private separation or do lines get blurred?
I say this, remembering that time where my boss expressed concern behind my back over me not having a boyhulemdo

Do you have a healthy work/private separation or do lines get blurred? I say this, as I view my boss as my oniichan and I'm pretty sure he sees me as his little sister.... Completely separated. I haven't gone out to do anything with coworkers since I started at my current CO. I did a couple times at my previous one, but it didn't last. I've said this before, but when people ask me if I have a gf I'm like nah, married to work...which, could you imagine?? looool

I also went from a similar situation to zztop to a supervisor who tries to be really involved. She acts like a parent and I honestly found it really disorienting at the start. (But she still doesn't really seem to know what she's doing) I went from being basically completely ignored to "Aqua, how is your social life outside of work? Do you get enough sleep?", "I'll come to your health check with you because you're afraid of needles" and "Let's go eat unagi! Is it okay if I bring my kid?" - It's a bit too much at times. i want to be treated like an adult.
