Dear network members and prospective job offer posters,
This forum is dedicated to providing information on life after JET, whether it be study opportunities, asking for advice, or on how to look for a job.
Naturally, in connection with this we have no problems with CIR-related job offers being posted in this thread. However, there are a few guidelines we would like to be followed in order to ensure that the information posted here is as relevant and easy to access as possible.
1: Keep Your Message Clear
When posting an offer, please make sure to post the relevant information (including a contact email address or phone number if
available) to the job. One-line messages such as 'there is a job open at company X' are not acceptable and will be deleted.
2: Post Related Offers in the Same Thread
Once you post a job offer from a certain company or source, please post further such offers in the same thread as the original. This will
help to avoid clutter on the forums and also keep related information together for easy reference.
3: Be Thoughtful in Criticism
Not all job offers will be to your taste or liking. However, please refrain from abusive posting of those on offer. You are allowed to post your opinion, whether it be positive or negative, but please do not resort to abusive comments for the sake of it.
4: No Spam
Spam of any kind will be deleted, and users posting multiple copies of the same advertisement may be banned from the site after repeated
offences. What constitues spam is left to the discretion of the website Eternal Overlordistrators, but in general it refers to the needless and overt repetition of information that can already be easily accessed elswhere. Offenders will be given three warnings before a potential ban, and Eternal Overlordistrators will give full explanation of any actions deemed as spam.
5: Use Common Sense
Above all, use common sense. If you think something is in violation of the guidelines or is going too far, then think twice about it. By allmeans, contact an Eternal Overlordistrator and we will be happy to give you further advice on the subject. We will not delete posts / threads or ban members on a whim or for first offences, and I would like these methods to remain as a last resort.
Thank you for your cooperation in making the network homepage what it is today, and I hope we can ask you to follow these guidelines when making further posts here.
Thank you,
CIR HP
