Situation:
What I'm wishing would happen:
Computer literacy classes for the elderly so they can participate in stuff even if it's online
Problem:
That's not exactly a IR thing and it's under another department, so talk about that didn't go anywhere the last time i proposed it
Does anyone have such experience and advice? (Or do i just have to live with it.)
Our international association's "office" is essentially me and my supervisor.
Previously, we accepted phone call and email (even walk ins if anyone want to come all the way down to city hall) registration for events.
Now, we're trying to streamline things and pass responsibility back to the association by making it so that registrations are only accepted through the association's email. We know that there are some older people who don't know how to use emails, so we still accept registrations by phone (but not made publicly known).What I'm wishing would happen:
