the hiring process is going to be unconventional.
i am looking for one person, and this is a position that will never be posted anywhere else.
i am looking for someone to start...any time. ideally by october. but i cannot guarantee to give you a decision by X date.

it will be a very informal process at first. i'll be asking you questions and looking at your documents etc and trying to get a feel for WHAT you are. if i like it, i'll want to get a feel for WHO you are.
