Hello CIRHP!
I am an ex-CIR, currently working for a Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibition (MICE) company, or a Professional Congress Organizer (PCO). We organize meetings, events, conventions, and have more than 60 offices and facilities across Japan.
As you may know, the 2025 World Exposition is taking place in Osaka. We are currently looking for bilingual talent like yourself to work in a variety of areas including: project coordination, communications, sales, translation, and more, depending on what strengths you can bring to the table!
We are flexible in our hiring timeline.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you are interested.
For those interested in applying, we require a 履歴書・職務経歴書 written in Japanese.
many thanks!

Hello!
I'm currently an ALT in Osaka prefecture. If you're still hiring next year, however, I'd be extremely interested. Thank you for posting.
Have a great day! Thank you!

Good afternoon,
Are there any specific skills that they're looking for? I'm N1 certified with office/customer service experience.
Thanks!

Good afternoon, Are there any specific skills that they're looking for? I'm N1 certified with office/customer service experience. Thanks! Hi Mike, Thank you for the question. Office/customer service and experience in a Japanese business setting would be an asset. We work with global events and organizations, so knowledge (and extraction) of recurring world events (venue, budget, operations) is important. Project management, sales, and having a growth-mindset are also important. cheers,
