CLAIR essentials of job-hunting/career vision webinar

hi! has anyone attended CLAIR's essentials of japanese job-hunting/career vision webinar? 一応 i signed up for the session happening on the 27th of this month, but i was wondering if any of you attended and found it helpful? i'm worried a good chunk of it will be ALT向け and therefore not really helpful :/

also, i noticed that they uploaded some videos to the information page! is it super worth it to attend the webinar in real time, or is the content pretty similar to the videos?
