Library materials from the old CIR Homepage

Hey everyone, though the old CIRHP may be done with, I thought it would be a good idea to make all the materials from the library section available again.
CLAIR is working on a way to host them on one of their sites, but for the time being I am making them available from my Google drive. As long as you can access Google drive, you should be able to view and download any of the files. I know many CIRs can't access Google drive at work, but hopefully this will help some folks out.

Additionally, if you have any files you want to share, let me know and I can add them to the collection.
