Under general supervision of the Senior Consular Officer, the Consular Program Assistant (LE-05) provides support to the Consular Section and delivers consular assistance to clients by



・interacting with clients and answering inquiries in person, by phone or by email;

・providing passport and citizenship services and advice;

・supporting and delivering consular contingency efforts;

・conducting consular research activities; producing, updating and disseminating information in information systems;

・liaising with different local authorities;

・assisting with the cost recovery program; providing clerical and Eternal Overlordistrative supports for the Consular Section;

・coordinating the provision of notarial services and performing other duties as required.
