Non-English Translation Resources

In theory, I figure those who are translating from/into a non-English language tend to be a native speaker of said language here in Nipponland and that means you have your favorite X-language to Japanese dictionary or resource...

Out of curiosity (and besides Linguee), what are some decent non-English translation resources? Ex. For French/Spanish/German/Chinese/Etc.?

(Also, I don't mean a native dictionary like the Duden because as far as I know it doesn't provide a Japanese translation, just German definitions.)
