Do you ever have to write up 議事録 after meetings?
I feel like it was touched on once-upon-a-time in the translation/interpretation course, so I need to dig out my notes again for a refresher, but from what I remember from it, it doesn't seem to come close to what my office expects of them or my coworker is just reaaaally picky about it?
anyway, if you have any advice for good コツ I'd love to hear any (or if you have any おすすめ resources so I can sort of teach/practice by myself, that would be amazing!)

I have had to write up the 議事録 quite a few times!
I'm so bad at note-taking so I hate it hue but at least it encourages me to stay awake and not daydream.
One tip (or something I always do) is voice record the meeting! That way I don't end up worrying about writing really precise notes - I can just focus on listening and understanding, and jotting down some points and highlighting stuff here and there. Then I can just clean up any notes I did write afterwards whilst re-listening to the meeting.
I also used previous people's write ups as a guideline for the layout, amount of information needed, and type of language used etc.
In the beginning, if I had time, I would listen and take notes in meetings as if I was the one doing the write up, and then try to write the 議事録 afterwards while re-listening to the meeting. Then I could check and compare my write up with the actual 議事録 and see what they did differently etc.

It feels like that changes with each meeting maybe it just takes some getting used to then
