I'm curious how many of you do some kind of CIR 研修 for CIRs in your prefecture/city/toridan/whatever. Do you have any 研修 that is outside of Mid-Year Chaos and 1st year prefectural orientation? If so what do you do at it? Is it useful?

I brought up the issue before but for prefectural orientation, but I mean like generally outside of that..

I feel like we have talked about how it seems like it's only Kyoto/the 近畿 area that does it (but maybe also wherever caic is?)...does anybody else remember? G-Rex |

No cause there are only four of us and we all work at kencho :<
There are the three Hama CIRs but different 取団 so not much desire to do anything there

we're talking regional ones, like 近畿 or 中部 or whatever
and Kinky has one, with kyoto, osaka-shi, usamatropolis-shi, kobe-shi, hyogo, wakayama, nara, that place with the Lake and NOTHING ELSE. i think the line gets drawn at mie, hyogo, and SHIKOK

Actually the title of the thread is 県内研修 so actually caic's 研修 is probably the kind songbanana is asking about?
I mentioned the regional one because I didn't know of any prefectural ones.
