if it's fried chicken, you might have to get frozen chicken or something pre-fried unless you have the fryers for it...and i know how hard it is to find ovens and stuff here

For those of you who have proposed cooking events, what themes did you propose your recipes under?
I got told my theme of American Comfort Food wasn't specific or engaging enough and should probably steer toward a regional food theme. Because of that, I was curious to see what some of you came up with when proposing your cooking events. :eyes:

Because of that, I was curious to see what some of you came up with when proposing your cooking events. :eyes: Mine was just アメリカ料理教室 and we would pick a theme for each class and prepare a 15-20 min presentation about that theme to introduce different cultural points, then we would cook the food. So the first one was about fast food and drive-thru service, so we made hamburgers and onion rings. The second one was about dining at a restaurant and tipping culture, we made chicken fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes. Third one was Christmas foods/culture, we made grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, and gingerbread cookies. The fourth and last one was about diversity in America and we made tacos.
