Hi, hisashiburiiiiiiii. My company, KINSHA, is looking for a project manager to join our games localisation team! (Vacancy isn't on listed on the website yet as the position only opened up very recently.) Successful applicants will be in charge of overseeing localisation projects (so, working with outside translators/deciding schedules/speaking with clients/editing/some translation, etc.) Unfortunately, NDAs prevent me from naming any companies/games we've worked on , but this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to enter the gaming field/translation field. - The position is 正社員 (with 3 month trial period). Salary is based on experience. - Ideally, we would like someone who could start ASAP, but this is negotiable to an extent. (Anyone who wouldn't mind cutting contract by a month or so would be great...) - Applicants must be native English speakers. - If anyone is interested, please PM me and I will let you know how to apply/answer any questions. Thanks!

Project manager sounds spoopy. I just want to be a little translating robot with no authority or responsibility

I interviewed for this company last year. It does really exist, the building is beautiful and staff are all very nice. They seem to be really picky though, because I didn't even get to the second interview, with N1, video game translation experience, and already living nearby. Also, they wouldn't tell me the salary for the position, which I thought was kinda shady, apparently you only get that crucial info if they offer you a position.Good luck to anyone who applies. May the force be with you!

Here's a link to mynavi.* (Hope this works??) vkasahara Sorry to hear that edit/ You don't have to live nearby to apply. We will happily do skype interviews! *mynavi listing is actually for Japanese candidates but job desc. is the same.
