So Ive been asked to fill in the forms for the 出張 and it seems like i have to pay for the whole thing out of my own pocket
(apart from koryukai) and they (im assuming the people holding the event) will credit me the money back after 2 months..
I also have to register in for some weird business trip scheme company and i asked my soup if i should really be doing it
and shes like yeah pls making this... but I'm a little iffy about them doing a direct credit instead of going through the CO
Was i just too spoiled for all of my trips last year when the yosan was directly credited to me the day of the trip?

From the documents I got today, it looks like I'm paying the hotel and transport fees myself, then handing over the hotel receipts and will get a refund within 2 mo.
Travel fees are not based on actual cost, but prorated somehow.
Day 1 dinner and days 2-3 breakfast are covered, but otherwise it's on me.

seems like a weird way to sort things out but hopefully we dont get ripped off with the transport fees...I really dont want to bus to Aomori form Sendai..
But it did say that we have to take the most cost efficient route which happens to be bus so RIP
unless they pre approve shink then bless

I got the guidebook thing but I don't know what course I'm in yet... I'll ask my supervisor later :0
I kind of hope it's the Tsugaru course because I want to learn about apples but both courses look fun!
EDIT: My supervisor doesn't know either??? I guess I'll find out there. Or maybe a certain PA can give me the super secret info......... >>

Mine said that i will be doing the tsugaru course and i am in group C
it was sneakily embedded in the email text from the soumusho
I dont really understand why they dont just directly send the info to us or at least just cc to make less work for our supervisors but (karuru emoji)

Oh yeah since we'll be making presentations using PowerPoint, does that mean they'll provide computers/a lab for us? They didn't mention us being required to bring a computer, after all, and I can't really imagine them making us either.

I think I’m in the Nanbu course, I believe I read somewhere that for people from the prefecture they’ll be put in the course that they don’t live in (blue forest city is in Tsugaru so I’d be Nanbu course then). I’ve already been to the places in the Tsugaru course so I’m excited to go to Nanbu:D
I didn’t see anything about groups in the email from the KENCHOU either
