Our new Digital Marketing Coordinator will facilitate the development and the implementation of Qantas Japan campaign activity and content across multiple channels to drive direct bookings and revenue on qantas.com, as well as supporting the implementation of digital strategies for optimising traffic to qantas.com and the development and implementation of collateral and other required trade content to support the Japan sales team.
Your responsibilities will include managing the content and promotional opportunities of the Qantas website including the translation of content into Japanese and English on Qantas and partner websites where relevant. You will analyse the website performance to showcase data insights and the conversions to sales. Another part of your role is support our EDM campaigns across brand and commercial specific offers. Utilising the Adobe Analytics suite, you’ll monitor performance and optimise digital media channels, including search, display and local sponsorships, and report on recommendations for continuous improvement. Part of your role will also oversee online social content, in particular translating content on Facebook.
You’ll have –
- Minimum two years’ experience demonstrated digital marketing, content management or traffic management experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Experience in e-commerce marketing will be highly regarded
- Proven track record in coordinating and facilitating multifaceted projects required
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating the implementation of all aspects of digital marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in analysing data and reporting
- Proficient in spoken and written English (TOIEC score 800+ or equivalent desired) & Japanese
- Ability to translate English content into Japanese
- CMS experience required, experience working with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience and Adobe Campaigns preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation and with external customers and suppliers
