WHY POST THIS AFTER I RECONTRACT i was literally thinking about what kind of jobs i want to do after JET and thought i might like doing RYUGAKSAY support at a uni

the job description says the desired start date is march 25th or shortly thereafter :/ I think they're willing to negotiate though.
jobs at TUJ usually only open when people leave their posts or go on extended leave.

This looks like one worth breaking contract for if i hadnt recontracted, i would have applied but for financial reasons i really need to stick out most of my 5th year if you are leaving this year i would totally encourage you to go for it! (and leaving in the fall of 2020 if you would be so kind)

Wow March 25th is so soon, wouldn’t even be able to give a month’s notice to my CO, but wow that sounds like a job I would truly enjoy... do you think they’d be able to at least match a 3rd year JET salary? If I move to the Tokyo area I’m shooting for my salary to at least not go down
