What time do we get done on Friday?
In general what are the times that we are supposed to be doing stuff everyday?

I don't think the schedule has been released yet, but usually it's 1-5 the first day, 9-5 the second (with a lunch break), and 9-12 on the last day, if I recall correctly.

I lied, the 通知 has already come out and it says 1:30 on 11/25 to 12:00 on 11/27.
More detailed stuff (with the workshops and everything) apparently came out last year on 11/11 (...I am very bad at deleting emails but sometimes it is handy), though last year's was also later so I imagine it should come out relatively soon?

They should have sent it to your 取りまとめ団体 who should have sent it to your 任用団体 who I imagine would hopefully then send/show it to you? Though it's not addressed to JETs specifically or anything so perhaps not. (Sent on 9/8 by the way)
My とり団 happens to also be my CO (designated city) so my supervisor always just forwards me anything JET-related.

Also just like last year, at the moment I'm resenting having to go cos I'm busy around that time and it's just a big hassle. Buttt last year I ended up enjoying myself despite not particularly wanting to go, so hopefully that happens again this time too.

Well I could be wrong but I seem to recall that she wanted to go but not alone but you wouldn't go with her so she went alone? Anyway the point is we all want to see you so it would be nice if you came out for a bit. |

What actually happened was we were out at dinner (? I think? Or was dinner afterwards?) and she said she was going and I was like, "Gomen, I'm gonna stay with our 同期 plus fuwafuwa." ...but this could be a Rashomon situation, eh?  Even if I don't go to the pub I will almost definitely see at least some of you around the conference |

I guess as a PA I should probably attend the what-ALTs-want-to-tell-CIRs lecture, and probably the 人を惹きつける話し方, too. I'm kinda interested in VIP対応 too.
I feel like 国際プロトコール is new as well.

We had that one in the past at one point, and I'm pretty sure it's the one where the guy from MOFA showed up a half hour late, read straight off the presentation, finished super early, and then asked if we had any questions (we didn't). The 資料 was helpful I think though.
I was thinking about the VIP one too! I wonder if the how-to-make-effective-presentations one would be helpful or just awful (probably depends on who is doing it but I suspect awful).

I still don't have the schedule I don't know about your 取りまとめ団体、but for us we usually send out 通知s the next day after we get it from CLAIR ourselves, because we have to prepare the 通知文 and stuff in which the 担当者 can be really really reluctant to do especially when they're buried under loads of other tasks Hopefully you get it today, if not tomorrow!! Also, the title quite literally means What ALTs Want To Share With, or Tell, CIRs. I'm very much intrigued. |

It is intriguing and I may show up for the lols if there's nothing more interesting in the same timeslot. Yeah, I'm just impatient |

Unfortunately the schedule only gives us the titles of each 分科会 and it doesn't help much... I can only assume how it's going to be done and what they're going to talk about, and from my assumption I really don't understand why they're putting this lecture into a CIR conference, not the PA conference. Why do CIRs, in the general sense and not the CIR-PAs, need to even know about details of ALT life...? |
