it's baby cir's first naming 課 for the new nendo
i am very stuck on 民間活力導入・規制緩和推進課, toliaezu wrote "Civilian Vitality Introduction & Deregulation Promotion Division" but kinda worried it sounds off. thoughts?

found out that 市民生活課 is the one that deals with resident registration, juuminhyo, my number, etc
I feel like the English name should be more WAKARI YASUI, esp cuz this is for 看板
I was thinking 'Residents' Affairs'. Is this weird??
